My passion and goal is to create brain health awareness in India and globally, and sadly statistics show that over 44 million people are currently are suffering from brain disorders. A disorder which sets in 15 to 20 years before physical signs are seen.
I am happy to say this is my ikigai! My purpose and reason to get up every morning.
For me success has been touching the lives of over 40,000 people through various NGO’s and bringing this awareness in their lives.
For me success is that phone call from a student who says she has overcome depression and anxiety.
For me success is re-joining relationships between two people who were in a toxic marriage….
Success for me is the call from that senior citizen who absorbs my energy, vitality and smile, and which makes his day and gives him that will to live life again.
For me success is that smile on a wife''s face, who has followed my neurological exercises, food recipes, breathing exercises, pressure points, and seen a huge improvement in a damaged husband’s brain.
So, the need of the hour is to create awareness, of how one can take care of the brain, with simplicity.
